Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains how Sitehaus ("Sitehaus", "we") handles information collected through this website. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run our business.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you use our contact form, email us, call us or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and message.
- Booking information: if you book through our scheduling tool (such as Cal.com, Calendly or Google Calendar), that provider processes your booking details under its own privacy policy and shares them with us.
- Technical information: our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. [Update this section if analytics such as Google Analytics or Plausible are added.]
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls
- To provide and bill for services if you become a client
- To keep our website secure and working
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We will not add you to marketing emails without your permission, and any marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our hosting, email, form and scheduling providers, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed for the relationship and for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sitehaus.io. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Client websites
This policy covers the Sitehaus website only. Each client website we build has its own privacy policy, and the client is responsible for how they handle their customers' information.
